How the range is constructed.
In-house moulded plywood made from layered veneers formed under hydraulic pressure and cured with radio-frequency and other heating methods; solid oak, ofram, pink beech and ash; CNC-cut components; dowelled, glued and mechanically fixed joints; steel frames with seven-stage preparation and baked epoxy powder coating; optional chrome and electroplated finishes; reaction-type lacquer, stains and oils; commercial upholstery and customer-supplied fabrics.
How the offer can be configured.
Products are made to order with choices across timber species, wood stains and painted finishes, steel colour and plating, upholstery and COM materials. Woodlam also undertakes custom developments from physical samples or technical drawings, subject to approval, development fees, quantities and production feasibility.

Woodlam states that its furniture is locally designed and manufactured in South Africa, uses timber from sustainably managed forestry operations, and carries a five-year warranty on workmanship and manufactured components under stated usage conditions. Public ISO, strength-test, fire-test and chain-of-custody certificates were not supplied and should be confirmed where a project requires them.
