Established in 1987, City Office manufactures office chairs and related furniture through three specialised production units for steel, wood and fabric, feeding a central assembly operation. Its longstanding dealer-only distribution model allows the business to concentrate on local product development, manufacturing and logistical support while accredited dealers serve end users.

Fabric and upholstery selection, arms, mechanisms, bases, castors, chair heights, draughtsman conversions, frames and selected wooden or melamine finishes, subject to product code and application.

What is verified—and what still needs confirmation.

The valid October 2025 price list states a five-year factory guarantee covering chair workmanship and components, excluding normal wear, abuse and fabric-house guarantees. Current B-BBEE, ergonomic, weight-capacity and material-compliance evidence still requires product-level mapping.
